Return Policy
It is easy to return an item if you are not satisfied.
We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 7 days of the date that you received your order. Items must be returned in their original, complete, and unused (unread) condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To ensure that your returned item is credited properly, you must first contact one of our friendly customer service representatives who handle returns for purchases made from the NCPC (longtermcarelink.net) or any state care planning council web site.

Books, study materials, marketing systems, and CLE Courses can be returned by mail with the original packing slip to:

Allow 2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.
Note: we are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Returning a Book
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date that you received your order. Books (including any accompanying flash drive) in their original, unopened, complete, and unused condition can be returned by mail to the address above.
Returning Accreditation Study Materials
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date that you received your order. The 3 spiral bound materials in their original, unopened, complete, and unused condition must all be returned by mail to the address above.
Returning a CLE Course
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date that you received your order. The course (including the accompanying flash drive) in their original, unopened, complete, and unused condition can be returned by mail to the address above.
Returning Marketing Materials - Successful Senior Marketing or Life Resource Planning System
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date that you received your order for either the Successful Senior Marketing or Life Resource Planning System. Materials (including any accompanying DVD or CD) in their original, unopened, complete, and unused condition can be returned by mail to the address above.
