Next Level Legal
Amy K. Saechao, Esq.
Next Level Legal aims to reimagine the legal experience by disrupting the way that law firms have traditionally delivered services. With a focus on Estate Planning, VA Benefits, and Business matters, we believe that everyone should be able to access an attorney when they need it and continue to establish solutions to make that access possible, including the utilization of technology, transparent pricing, flexible payment options, legal subscription memberships, and options for virtual representation.
About Me
Amy K. Saechao is an attorney accredited by the VA to represent claimants before the Department of Veterans Affairs, Board of Veterans Appeals, and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. As a first-generation attorney, Amy understands the importance of having the right advocate to help protect your interests. Amy graduated at the top of her class while receiving specialization certificates in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law along with her J.D. Amy was also the recipient of the CALI and Witkin Awards for areas including Intellectual Property, Real Property, Appellate Advocacy, Constitutional Law, Brief Writing & Motion Advocacy, and Business Associations. Amy is one of just a handful of Iu Mien attorneys in the state of California.
To pursue her passion for helping the often under-represented, Amy established the Veteran Claims Group as a division of Next Level Legal in order to provide veterans and their loved ones with access to legal counsel to ensure they receive the benefits to which they are entitled.
Prior to attending law school, Amy lived in Atlanta, GA, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree, cum laude, in Business Management. Amy also received an LLM (Masters of Law) from Chapman University. Since then, Amy has worked for firms in the Los Angeles area. Currently, Amy is the principal attorney at Next Level Legal where she assists veterans and civilians alike in benefits claims, asset planning, and business matters.

Client Testimonial
I found Amy through California Lawyers for the Arts, and I was fortunate to find her. I needed her services to help me understand an Operating Agreement for a media company I am aiming to join as a partner. Since her communication was thorough and precise, we were able to set very clear expectations around the fee and extent of her consultation. Her analysis was thorough and easy to comprehend.

I had the pleasure of working with Amy for my estate planning needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. As a homeowner in California, finding a knowledgeable and reliable estate planning lawyer was crucial for me, and she really exceeded all expectations. What set Amy apart from other attorneys I met with was her commitment to understand my unique situation, patiently answering all my wills and trust questions and addressing any concerns I had. The communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making me feel confident and well-informed every step of the way. She was even able to get me all the documents without me having to sit in traffic to go to an office, I felt like there was a genuine passion for helping me secure my family's financial future. The attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that no stone was left unturned in crafting a comprehensive estate plan tailored to my specific needs. The peace of mind I gained from working with this firm is invaluable. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a trustworthy and skilled estate planning lawyer in California.
