About Me
I am Brandi Knaus, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a heartfelt dedication to enhancing the lives of our seniors. My journey in geriatric care management began with earning my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California where I developed a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of the older generation. I have over eight years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings within the geriatric community.
My career has been shaped by a genuine love for working with seniors and a commitment to providing top-notch, individualized care that began with working in central coast California where my husband was stationed while in the military. There, I began working with clients 55 and over with severe, persistent mental health in the community. I also worked as an emergency room and mental health crisis social worker while in California. After returning to Colorado where we are finally settling down, I began working for an all inclusive community health program for the elderly along with home health and hospice most recently.
Through this work, I have come to understand the unique challenges and joys that come with aging and my mission is to bring dignity, compassion, and a renewed sense of joy to the lives of those who have paved the way for our community's growth.
