We take our services into the homes of seniors who wish to age in place rather than relocate to a long-term care facility. We serve our clients wherever they call home. About Tammy

Welcome to my online office. My name is Tammy Sirmons, I am a registered nurse, care navigator and elder care consultant. My parents are in their mid eighties and early nineties, so I have come to master the art of care management. I work with long distance family caregivers as well as families in the "sandwich" generation who do not want the stress of family caregiving, but WANT to see their loved one age and thrive in the place they know by heart... their home, with dignity and respect regardless of their medical diagnosis.
