We pay our caregivers a livable wage which helps to create the most loyal and compassionate team of caregivers in our area. Our caregivers are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We have no weekly or monthly minimums for service and we can be ready at a moment's notice. We are a locally owned (non-franchise) agency right here in Springfield.
Also, our caregivers utilize a unique online family portal that can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection. The family portal is designed so that multiple family members (sometimes states away) can get updates on your loved ones daily tasks in real time, track their daily progress and leave service notes for staff. We also utilize a sophisticated telephony system that tracks when our caregivers arrive and depart from your loved one's home. This system is incorporated into the family portal as well as the billing system so that everything is as transparent as possible.
